• Why are items often sold out?


    All items are handmade in small batches, typically ranging from 6 to 20 pieces per design. Due to high demand, restocks can sell out quickly, sometimes within minutes. To stay updated on restocks, consider subscribing to our newsletter, where we announce upcoming updates and provide previews of new designs

  • Can I place a custom order or pre-order an item?


    Currently, we do accept custom orders or pre-orders. Each piece is unique and handmade, and we appreciate your patience as we create more items. If you there is something you love, feel free to reach out, and we can inform you on the bespoke process.

  • Are your ceramics safe for food use?

    All our materials are lead-free and non-toxic, making them safe for food use. However, some pieces are heavily textured and may be better suited for decorative purposes rather than direct food use

  • What do you mean it is "handmade"?

    It means we will have variation in colours and sizes. No two pieces will be identical to each other

  • Are Maison Lemosi products fragile?

    Our products are fired to 1270°C. This temperature strengthens the clay and makes our dinnerware more durable. But just like any other ceramics or stoneware, please handle products with care.

  • Can Maison Lemosi products withstand extreme temperatures?

    You can use our dinnerware to serve both hot and cold food/beverages, but we do not recommend using them in the oven or the freezer. We advise you to refrain moving the items from one extreme temperature to another to avoid thermal shock which can easily break the products.

  • Can I use Maison Lemosi products in the dishwasher and microwave?

    All products are both dishwasher and microwave safe.

  • Hong Kong Delivery

    We use Pickupp or Lalamove Same Day Service and you will receive your package within 48 hours after the orders have been placed (provided if the item is in stock).


    Shipping fees for orders in Hong Kong will be displayed at our checkout page and calculated for each other placed

  • Worldwide Delivery

    We ship to almost every country in the world. The orders will be processed within 24 hours after they have been placed. The shipping fees will be confirmed with you directly after. We can help source a shipping company and arrange for the pick-up and delivery for you directly.

    Please note that we are not liable for any shipping or delivery delays occuring after the order has been sent to the carrier since the shipping and delivery times are entirely dependent on the carrier.

  • Duties and Taxes

    For international shipments, any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.

  • If you have any feedback or complaints, please contact us within 48 hours after the order is delivered.

    We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your order arrives damaged:

    1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
    2. Contact us at Info@maisonlemosi.com. within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    3. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

    We do not accept returns after the original packing has been opened but can allow exchanges within 48 hours if the original packing has not been opened.
